ISO: Tenderized Hip Steak

Misc.
Does anybody know what this is? My DH is from Quebec and I`ve been living up here for the last 2 years. Everything is so differetn up here including the cuts of steak and what they are called. Also, do you know what recipes or cooking methods this type of steak would be good for?

thanks,
