ISO: Texas Hot Dog Sauce

Misc.

I'm looking for a recipe for Texas Hot Dog Sauce (not Chili sauce). I know the recipe has ground beef and onions but other than that I'm drawing a blank. We have a lot of restaurants here that serve this sauce on hot dogs and call them Texas Hots. Would really appreciate a recipe for my next cook-out.
