ISO: texas hots meat sauce

Misc.
I am looking for the same meat sauce recipe. I ate Texas Hots hotdogs in New York...but they were not like any Texas Hotdog I have ate. Trying to get recipe for the sauce... if anyone can help. It was finely ground meat without a tomato or chili base. thanks.
