ISO: thanksgiving dinner question?

I found your recipes while searching for a new stuffing recipe for Thanksgiving dinner. The Sausage, Pecan and Apple stuffing sounds delicious but I have a question about one of the ingredients. What is "2 packets GWashington's Seasonings"?
