Thank You: Gina, When is thanksgiving? Being a

Misc.
Kiwi (New Zealander) we don't have thanksgiving but all your recipes sound wonderful. Over here we do not have fresh cranberries. Any other ideas. I was thinking I could try some of your recipes for Xmas but over here it is summer, so we will be having a bbq with rotisserie chicken and lamb cooked on the bbq with lots of rosemary over it. Lots of fresh strawberries for dessert. Actually I am making myself hungry just sitting here. At the moment my husband is over in Australia at Ayers Rock at a conference (lucky thing). Last night they had a bbq in the desert and a clear sky with lots of stars. I was envious at home cooking our dinner and doing the dishes. Oh well, that's life.

Thank you for sharing all your recipes and stories. By the way, my granddaugher Jessica Rose is now 10 weeks old. Doesn't time go fast. She is absolutely beautiful, not bias of course. All smiles and is still like a little rose.

Well by for now,
Your friend, Lynda
