ISO: The Search for a Marshmallow Creme Recipe from a label

Hi, I am looking for a recipe that about 10-15 years ago was on the back of a marshmallow creme jar. It was for a bar that I was thought called Confetti Bars. They were one of the best tasting bars I have ever had and have been on a search for the recipe for the last few years. If anybody could help me our it would be greatly appreciated.
