Recipe: Hunt's Meatloaf in 30 Minutes (mini loaves, using soft bread crumbs)

2 pounds lean ground beef
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 (15.25 oz) can Hunt's Family Favorites Seasoned Tomato Sauce for Meatloaf (or tomato/spaghetti sauce), divided use
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine and mix beef, salt, pepper, eggs, breadcrumbs and half the sauce.
Form into 8 (approximately 5 oz. each) oval loaves. Place on large baking dish.
Combine and mix remaining sauce, brown sugar and parsley; set aside.
Bake loaves uncovered, for 15 minutes; drain. Spoon remaining sauce mixture over loaves; bake 5 minutes longer.
Makes 8 servings
