Thomas of Maryland -
Re. the roasted ham- is this a cured or raw ham that you're cooking? It sounds like the Pit Ham recipe that I've been looking for. Pit ham and pit beefs are roasted off in the Maryland area and sold at fairs, parades. etc.
Hope you can help me.
Thanks,
Judy
