ISO: Tortilla Soup/Gourmet Magazine

Soups
I would like to find a soup recipe which was in Gourmet magazine probably about 1988. I think it was called Tortilla Soup. It was a vegetable soup and was served over tortilla chips and garnished with grated cheese. The Gourmet magazine web site doesn't have recipes that far back. If you could post the recipe or give me the date it was in the magazine so I could find it at the library I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
