ISO: Triple-O sauce

I think that there is more to the white part of the sauce than mayonnaise. On one occasion when I asked for some mayonnaise, I was told the White Spot does not use it. I then asked if I could get the white part of the Triple -O sauce, and I was told that it was not mayonnaise. (I was dealing with food allergies and had to be careful.)
