ISO: Trying to find a certain Italian mushroom recipe
Misc.I worked with an Italian woman that made this fantastic Italian mushroom recipe and I have no idea what I did with it. If anyone has a recipe that may sound like what I am looking for I would be soooo greatful!
She used all different mushroom. I remember specifically Oyster mushrooms. They were sauted in a tomato like base. I remember it being only mushrooms in it ( garlic I am sure and other seasonings). It really didn't even taste like mushrooms. It had such a fantastic flavor. I know I am not giving much to go on, but any suggestions will be very helpful! I am hoping it is an authentic Italian recipe that is well known in Italian circles :-)
Thank you in advance!!
