ISO: Tuna loaf and calorie counter

Misc.
Has anybody frozen tuna loaf? If so can it be frozen before baking?

Also I quit smoking 3 months ago and am gaining a lot of weight. I would like to find a list of foods and calorie count for each food so I can work on losing the extra weight. If anyone knows how to obtain a list I would be forever grateful. Thank you
