ISO: Tuxedo Truffle Cake and one for Spedini a la Romana

Misc.

I'm looking for three recipes:
one for a cake sometimes found at Target Superstores called Tuxedo Truffle Cake.
The other recipe is for an Italian appetizer called Spedini a la Romana served with an anchovy based sauce. The New York TImes published a recipe for it several years ago in the Wednesday Living Section, but I lost it. Can anybody help me?

The third recipe is for a dacquoise filled/frosted with a chocolate-hazelnut cream. I know how to make the meringue layers, but am having a hard time achieving the right consistency for the frosting. I'm using Nutella, the Italian chocolate/hazelnut paste (gianduia) mixed with some whipped cream but haven't been able to achieve the proper consistency.

Can anybody out there help me?
