ISO: vanilla rum buttercream wedding cake

I have been searching hi and low for this recipe as well. It is a vanilla rum cake usually with fondant frosting. Very popular here in South Florida. It is served mostly at weddings, but other occasions such as baby showers and bridal showers. I would just like to bake this at home for my own enjoyment and because the cake is soooo good!!! If anyone has any idea of how to make this cake...please let us know!!! Thanks!!
