Good Afternoon to you. I did look for a easy recipe for you, however I did not locate one directly for your request. Now Then, let me suggest this to you, Go to your local liquor store, & copy down the websites off the labels from Bacardi rum co. as well as Meyer's rum co. as well. If you see other Name brands use them as well. They have recipes for baked products such as cakes & ete.

If that doesn't work for you, I can make a recipe for you but I need all the information about the cake as well as the frosting that you are looking for, ie, yellow rum cake or white rum cake. Will a rum pound cake do as well. I am sure you get the point. Have a nice day my friend,~Chef Dunask.
