ISO: Variety of Recipes for bread machines for Xmas gifts

Misc.
I have just gotten my new bread machine and am very excited about it, but I need some tried and true recipes for different breads. I am wanting to prepare several differnt types of breads to give to nieghbors in gift baskets.
Another question, I am wanting to bake them in regular and mini loaves in my oven. When do I take it out of my machine and convert it in to the loaves and how long to I let rise and then bake in convential oven? Would really appreciate any help or hints you can give me.
