ISO: vegetarian lettuce wraps

I love the vegetarian lettuce wraps at PF Changs. It's leaves of lettuce that you place a mixture of black beans, tofu, corn and ?? with a sauce. Roll up and eat like a tortilla. Does anyone know what else the mixture is made of? The sauce?
