ISO: re: P.F. Chang's Lettuce Wraps

This is a question for jana-Minneapolis re: the lettuce wraps. Well, is the recipe posted correct? You did not mention bamboo shoots. Also, do you know the combinations of the dipping sauces. Is the peanut sauce put on them or is that served on the side?
