ISO: P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps

When I've tried to figure out what's in the P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps just by looking at what I'm eating when I'm there, I swear there's tofu in the mix. Why don't any of these recipes include tofu? I think it's in with the chicken wraps and the vegetarian wraps. Am I crazy?
