ISO: vegetarian lettuce wraps

I have asked them what it is inside and the vegetarian lettuce wraps..they tell me that it is some kind of baked tofu, bamboo shots, green onions..(the secret ingreedient it is the baked tofu)..By the way I am eating some PF change
wraps as I write the note..
