ISO: veggie burger

Every time I visit USA I m delighted eating veggie burgers (especially those from Hard Rock Cafe) though there is one location in my country, the taste is nothing compared from those I ve eaten in New York for instance, I would love to know how to make them, in addition, I once ate some wonderful crab cakes in San Francisco, could you send me the recipe? Thank you in advance.
