ISO: Vinegar Pie

Help, when I was young, my mother made a "Vinegar Pie" she used to call it sunshine pie just so us kids would eat it. Anybody know the recipe? Thanks a bunch, in advanced. I've already decided there's nothing you guys cann't do. I love this site!!!
