ISO: Vollkoenbrot

Please. I have been looking for a couple of years for a recipe for Vollkornbrot. This is a dense very heavy loaf of German bread that has whole grains of wheat and rye. The rectangular loaf is usually cut about 1/8 in thick. Thanks for any help
