ISO: Walla Halla Pasta served at the OB streakhouse

Misc.
Does anyone have a copycat or know how to make the real thing? The dish can be made with or without chicken. It has a different medley of vegatbles, like squash, green beans, carrots and then this sauce, served over fettucine noodles. I love this dish, it's so good. It is no longer on the menu, but you can still request it when dining.

TIA,
E.P.
