ISO: Wedding Cake Cream refrigeration question

I am making a wedding cake that is red velvet and I want to fill it with a cream cheese frosting. I will cover it with a rolled fondant. I will have to have the cake at the church by 12 noon and the wedding will not be until 7:00 PM,
My question, will sitting out of refrigeration that long cause a problem with the cream cheese frosting.
My recipe for the frosting is Paula Deenes, 1 stick butter, 8 ounces cream cheese and 7 cups confectioners sugar. Thanks
