ISO: Wedding cookie? covered with confectionous sugar

Hello out there in cyberland! I am looking for what I think
are called wedding cookies. They have a tart lemon taste
and are covered with white confectionous sugar. Anybody out there know what the recipe is for these? Are they called wedding cookies?
