SOME MORE S'MORES
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
6 whole graham crackers split in half to make 12 squares 6 tablespoons marshmallow creme
In small saucepan, heat chips and condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in cocoa and sugar until smooth. (If mixture is made ahead, reheat in microwave at 30%ower until good spreading consistency, 1 minute.)
On each of 6 graham cracker squares, spread 1 tablespoon of chocolate mixture.
On each of 6 remaining squares, spread 1 tablespoon of marshmallow creme.
Sandwich both halves together for all 6 and serve warm or at room temperature.
Servings: 6
Per serving: 187 calories, 2 g protein, 4 g fat (19% fat; 2 g saturated fat). 38 g carbohydrate, 107 mg sodium, 0 mg cholesterol
