ISO: Wegman's Ultimate Chocolate Cake

Does anyone have the recipe for the Ultimate Chocolate Cake that is sold in Wegman's supermarkets? It won a contest sponsored by the store in a search for the Ultimate Chocolate Cake. It is a not terribly sweet cake. I would very much appreciate someone sharing it who has deciphered it. It is a very expensive cake to buy in the store.
