ISO: whip and chill

I remember whip and chill-- my mom and I were just ttalking about it, I said I remembered a pink "pudding" she used to make, and served in these 1930's Hocking green-glass desert dishes.

Let me know if you get more info, such as who made it, what was in it, etc.
