ISO: Whip and chill

Misc.
Just wondering if anyone has ever seen Whip and Chill around. I used to use it on top of the jello cakes that are still popular. It was layered on top of the cake and then whip cream on top of that. It was really wonderful and have not been able to find it for years. Your help is greatly appreciated.
