Good morning. This recipe has to much hydration and yeast.

Reduce yeast to 3/4 tsp. Reduce water to 3/4 cup plus 1 TBLS.
If you are weighing the flour scale out 9.75, oz.
or if not pack the flour into the measuring cup.

If you can post your results when completed.
