ISO: Your favourite Crock Pot Recipes please

Just pulled out the old crock pot from the bottom of my pantry, brushed off the dust and cob webs and decided to get back into crock pot cooking. Did a lamb curry last week, tonight had a pork and potato curry - works a beauty but would like to collect a lot more recipe. Also my neighbour, Jill, is getting hers from her mum and wants to try some too. Thanks guys.
