Recipe(tried): Pork & Potato Curry

Pork & Potato Curry (Crockpot)

750 grams pork chops
1 onion, chopped
1 cup water or chicken stock
2 carrots, roughly chopped
1/3 jar (approx 2 tablesp) curry paste (I used Balti - mild curry for this but also like the hot curry paste)
3 potatoes, peeled and roughly chopped

Place onion and carrot in bottom of crockpot, add pork chops (I used frozen ones for this), add curry paste and water and cook on high for 6 or so hours. Stir in 1 small tub of traditional (natural) yoghurt at end. Boil potatoes (approx 3 large ones) on hotplate and add to curry at end or alternatively add to curry 1-2 hours before done. Serve with rice and turkish bread.
