ISO: Yucca thanks

Thank you for letting me know that yucca is the same as cassava. Maybe now I can find the calorie count. So far I have tried mashing it but it was a little bit stringy. I think you may have to core it a little like a pineapple in the center. Maybe I just got an old one. I will try your recipe.
