You're welcome. And you're right by the way, about the core of a cassava, it's a little tough. But if you've boiled it properly, it shouldn't be THAT bad. I always cut them in half and pull out the core. Try the recipe I sent, it's a good one and one of the best ways to prepare yuca :-).
