Thank you Halyna! I'm planning on having a ham and scalloped potatoes for Christmas dinner, and I don't really care for single cheese potatoes, yet I could never get the cheeses to stick to the potatoes with my recipes. Maybe cooking the potatoes before sticking them in the oven is the key. I'm so excited I'm going to try your recipe tomorrow and maybe substitute the jack with pepper jack, it adds a nice touch of heat, yet it's not too spicy. I can't thank you enough for your help!
