Thanks Hypatia for your May 5 reply. I'll keep looking for the recipe. If its
sourdough starter based (as I suspect), obviously it will be more complicated.
But it may be sour cream instead. I'm guessing. But all good things are not
easy. I will post the recipe, if I find it.
