Thank You: Amish Wedding Steak

Thank you Jackie for the recipes on Amish Wedding Steak. As we speak I am baking the 1st recipe as I also found it on the web. I added one more lb. of meat, 1 add'l cup of mail & add'l cup of cracker crumbs. I also covered the steak when ready to bake with 2 cans cream of mushroom soup & 2 cans of water. So we'll see how it turns out.
