Thank You: canned Jack Makeral

Thanks to all of the people that posted canned Salmon recipes. We used one of them and will try others. I also found out that i like the canned salmon straight out of the can.
Now, can you tell me how to fix canned Jack Makeral. Why is it that the people that process this stuff do not pring recipes on the can?
