Recipe(tried): T&T Salmon Cakes

I always make this recipe, if not for dinner, for an appitizer,

T&T Salmon Cakes

1 large can salmon
1 egg
1 med cooked potato
1 rounded teaspoon of reg mustard
1 small grated onion
1/4 teas Old Bay seasoning
pinch of salt
enough mayo to hold together

Make cakes, dip in crushed crackers and fry
or spray with Pam and bake in 350 oven till golden.
