Recipe(tried): Salmon Patties

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
It's really very simple to make salmon patties. I use the small cans. Drain the salmon and empty into a small mixing bowl. Add the following ingredients:
1 beaten egg
some chopped onion
enough corn meal mix to make it easy to make patties
salt & pepper to taste
Fry in a skillet with a little oil or fat-free non-stick spray. I prefer to use a little oil. I grew up eating these, and I don't measure anything, I just make them like Mom did.
