guess because she used walnuts and they were on top LOL this is so close that I am going to have to make them this weekend and see how they are...yummy ...I am sure...time to get out the yoga pants so I can be comfy while doing all of my holiday...she used to call them "rich cookies" because they were so rich you could only eat a few of them....thanks for your help....
