I love rhubarb! I only wish that DH liked it as much as I do. I recently posted a recipe for Cinnamon Rhubarb Muffins on the baking board. I sent DH off to work with one, not telling him there was rhubarb in them. (He didn't ask what kind they were, so I didn't say.) He came home and said, "You tried to poison me! You put rhubarb in those muffins." :-) I got such a chuckle out of it. The best thing was, he decided that he really liked the muffins. As for a rhubarb crisp or pie, I'm sure that if I made one, I'd have to eat the entire thing myself. I'd love that but my body wouldn't. Sigh...
