Thank You: Comments on Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Misc.
Hi Linda Lou...you asked for comments on the rhubarb strawberry freezer jam...I ended up kind of combining the two recipes that you listed. I had about 7 cups of rhubarb and wasn't sure what was meant by a 'small' can of pineapple...so this is what I did...I used the following:

7 cups of rhubarb
1-8oz. can of crushed pineapple drained
1-8oz. can of pineapple rings chopped and drained
4 cups of sugar
1 lg. pkg. raspberry jello

I mixed all but the jello, brought to boil, simmered 20 min. added the jello and put into jars, cooled and into the freezed.

It tastes great! Thanks again. CJ
