Thanks for responding. We actually have a Corkys at the Grand Casino in Biloxi as well as in New Orleans which is 90 miles away. I just have not been able to get my hands on the potato salad recipe and would love it. If I ever do, I will post it. Would love the cole slaw recipe.

Another local bbq place has a potato salad very similar to Corkys but can't get that recipe either. I don't have a refined enough palate to figure out what ingredients are in either.
