2 rolls (18 to 20 oz. each) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Press one roll of cookie dough in the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan.

Slice the other roll of dough and place slices on top of cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
This recipe is from a local radio station's cookbook. Tried these bars last summer for dessert. We all loved them and wondered, how many different cookie doughs could be used to change flavors, chocolate cookie dough, peanut butter cookie dough, sugar cookie dough and on and on, endless possibilities. My daughter baked these bars for coffeebreak at her office. Her co-workers loved them also.
