Wow, Judy - both of those things sound WONDERFUL - please do post the recipes. Seems like Scotland being next door to England, those are typical comfort food desserts there.

Can't wait to get these recipes - thanks

June PS - there are 90 degree days when a LITTLE snow would feel great! Today we're in the middle of severe thunder and lightning storms but grateful for the heavy rains that are going along with it. We have had a pretty bad dry spell for a year now.
