And especially the tip on storing my precious saffron in a glass jar in the refrigerator! I'll check out Jeannie's recipe for the Arroz con Pollo & your Lobster soup too. You know Gladys, whenever I see the Arroz con Pollo recipes I am reminded of the old 'I Love Lucy" episode where she tries to re-create Cuban foods to please dear Ricky & remind him of his homeland. She makes such a disaster of the chicken & rice (of course ; ) We both have been blessed by a return to better health, & what a wonderful menu you have to celebrate Easter.
