I hope that you like it! For planked anything (vegies, chicken, pork etc.), you need to use untreated, Western Red Cedar. The other cedar varities give a different, and, possibly not very pleasant flavor. I discovered this as I was trying to find a source for the planks. The URL that I listed for Chinook Planks gives a few other recipes if you are interested.
