Recipe: Scalloped Potatoes for One (1978)

Side Dishes - Potatoes
SCALLOPED POTATOES FOR ONE

1 1/2 teaspoons flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced chives
1 medium potato, peeled and sliced thin
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 cup milk

Mix together flour, salt, pepper, mustard and chives.

In greased 10-ounce baking cup layer potato and flour mixture. Dot each layer with some butter. Pour on milk.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree F oven 30 minutes. Cover and bake 30 minutes longer or until potato is tender.

Makes 1 serving
